This recognition comes from the 2011 J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Study (IQS). The results are based on results from more than 73,000 purchasers and lessees of new 2011 model year vehicles after 90 days of ownership. Drivers were asked 228 questions, which provided the experts at J.D. power with input on what problems arise with each vehicle, and what improvements needed to be made
